The new WebSphere Portal 6.1 Beta 3 drop is available.

Maybe it's not such a big news to you Yellow Guys ;) but it deservers some attention.
Finally the new portal beta allows connecting to ldap and should have more of the features that will be available in the final release.

I'm going to try it soon, I want to check about Domino integration options.
For instance the Web Application Integrator should be included finally and that's a great help for domino developers to create a "consistent" portal look and feel in "classic" notes applications.
Also the new portlet factory promises great things.
